What to Expect from a Session

You lead the session by expressing what it is that you wish to explore - the presenting issue. I will listen intently to what you are sharing whilst psychically ‘feeling’ into what you are saying. I will ‘channel’ the guidance you are seeking and offer valuable psychological insights, where appropriate. Invariably, the session will really open up and expose layers and pathways you may not even had considered to be linked to your presenting issue. It is a little like you and I journeying through an incredible labyrinth ~ with you emerging the other side somehow changed and always wiser, clearer and ready to put what transpires in session into action. Each session leaves a feeling of empowerment, potential and positivity - the key word being clarity.

Therapy Session Duration

For those on the Six Week Journey each session lasts an hour, once a week. A One-Off Session lasts approx 80 minutes and affords you the opportunity to explore and share more fully what you wish to work with; as well as leaving enough time for advice and guidance. It also affords a more thorough overview of events and issues if choosing to continue on to the six week journey. In-Person Intensives are a three hour block booking per day, over a period of three days or can be booked as a one-off of three hours. Anchor Sessions are designed for those who need to touch base, for further grounding of any one of the hypnosis sessions available, as an anchor point for life experiences that arise, and is perfect for when specific advice or guidance needed. Anchor sessions work wherever people feel a need to book a half hour session. Psychic Readings - A psychic guidance session to support you in making the choices that will help you move forward in your life. These sessions cover all areas of your life, including, love & relationships, finances, vocation, home, health, etc. Often a loved one who has passed over and/or spirit guides will come through to pass on messages. Psychic Readings - 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions.

Therapy / Reading Fees

• Anchor Session - £40.00. Session duration - 30 minutes
• Six Week Journey - £65.00 per session booked and paid for in 6 week blocks
• A One-Off Session - £85.00
• 'In-Person Intensives' - £85.00 per hour. A minimum of 3 hour 'block booking'. For more info click here
• Psychic Readings - £50.00 for 30 minutes - £75.00 for 45 minutes - £100.00 for 60 minutes

All PayPal links below include a £2.50 fee to cover PayPal charges.

Payments are to be received three working days prior to each session to confirm the booking, (Six Week Journey can be paid in full, in advance). Methods of payment are by cheque, pay pal, bank transfer, postal order, cash, etc.

For UK/International clients and for urgent appointments pay now through PayPal or by credit/debit card. For all PayPal options please add an extra £2.50 to cover costs of PayPal processing the payment.

Cancellations: Sessions are automatically cancelled if payment has not been received prior to the appointment date. If you need to cancel a prepaid appointment for exceptional reasons, then I will reschedule for that same week, where possible.

Confidentiality: I always work within the code of ethics of my psychotherapy training. All sessions are strictly confidential. All names and identities of my clients remain confidential. All matters shared in session remain between myself and the client.
